These documents are available to the public, as a courtesy to potential buyers.

These include the Governing or “Condominium" Documents: the Declaration of Condominium and it's amendments, the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association, and such Rules as may be adopted by the Board pursuant to the Declaration or the Bylaws.
